Cancellation Policy. Full payment for room and tax will be due at the time of booking. Our Cancellation Policy allows a 100% refund, minus an administration fee of $25.00 plus GST for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date (cut off is 4pm), there will be no refund. All rooms are non-smoking. Should any of your party smoke in a room, a cleaning and deodorizing fee of $200.00 will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
Pet Policy. We have a limited number of “pet rooms” available. Pet fee: $40.00 plus applicable tax per stay, maximum 2 dogs/pets per room. Note: Should you check into a room with pets without notifying the front desk, a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
WIFI Note: As The Crossing Resort is in a remote location and off the grid, we do not have service providers for internet. For office purposes, we provide our own basic internet via satellite, but current satellite technology does not provide bandwidth strength to cover in-room WIFI.
