The Crossing offers employment opportunities in many areas of the hospitality industry starting in the spring and ending in the fall, which makes us a perfect opportunity for students or for anyone who wants to experience the Banff National Park for a summer. We operate from early March to November.

We provide an on site, 45 unit accommodation complex complete with its own laundry and recreation room. There are 13 single units and 32 double units. All meals are served in a separate staff dining room along with juices, coffee, etc. The cost of room and board is $10.58 per working day or approximately $276.00 per month. Room and board are deducted from each months pay.

Job opportunities range from dishwasher to assistant manager positions. Entry-level wages begin at $8.40 per hour depending on job type and qualification. Hours of work are 6.3 per day, 6 days per week. Shifts vary with each job type. Bonuses are available for employees who qualify. An employee of the month is elected for the months of June, July, August and September. The winner receives an all expense paid trip for 2 to Lizard Creek Lodge in Fernie BC.
