click image to enlarge | The Crossing specializes in group tours whether it be for an overnight stay or a meal stop.
Our many services are designed with groups in mind, offering competitive prices, a variety of services, efficiency and easy accessibility.
The Crossing has areas for bus loading and unloading, a large parking area, and escorts and bus drivers are offered complimentary meals and coffee when stopping with a group.
Meal services for groups include our popular Luncheon Buffet. This buffet is offered from 11am to 2 pm with assigned seating for your group. Reservations are strongly recommended.
We also offer a breakfast buffet and evening buffet in our dining room to groups of twenty or more people. These meals are ideal for groups who may have an early or late snocoach time at the Columbia Icefields. Breakfast and evening buffets are not offered daily at the beginning or end of our season. Please contact us for more information. As the food is prepared specifically for your group, reservations must be made in advance by contacting our office. Our cafeteria is open for groups at any time, offering a selection of items or simply a coffee break. We have a large set of public washrooms and groups often like to spend a few minutes in our gift shop.
If you have any questions about bringing your group to The Crossing or would like a service that is not mentioned above, please do not hesitate to contact us. We welcome group tours and will do whatever we can to assist you.

Group rates are available on request.

We are proud to present our 2008 Buffet Luncheon Menu. We continue
to offer an exciting selection of hot and cold entrees in our
semiprivate Dining Room.
Reservations can be made by fax, telephone or mail and are accepted on a space available basis. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours; reservations cancelled within that time will be charged the full rate. Also, exact passenger count is required 24 hours prior.
On time tour arrival is important for prompt seating for your group as well as others. We appreciate telephone advice by tour guides/escorts if they find themselves running off schedule. In addition, "No Shows" will be billed at the regular rate.
We at The Crossing look forward to hosting your clients here in the Canadian Rockies, providing an enjoyable experience.
